A mid 19th century Grand Tour memento carved lava stone box decorated with figures dancing and playing the "Tarantella Napoletana" with musical instruments, bearing label to interior "Bought from Naples by A. Hussey Esq. for Sally 1846", approx 7 cm diameter x 2 cm high.
