Charles Felix (Italian: Carlo Felice Giuseppe Maria; 6 April 1765 – 27 April 1831) was the Duke of Savoy, Piedmont, Aosta and King of Sardinia from 1821 to 1831.
Carlo Vincenzo Vacca was born in 1789. He was active as a miniaturist in the court of King Carlo Felice and Carlo Alberto. Pupil and collaborator of his brother Angelo, he is credited with producing elegant and graceful miniatures (Centuries of style, 2010). He died in 1848.
